• Advised satellite companies on obtaining Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) under State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for programs involving the European Space Agency.
• Represented media company during investigation regarding small business certification.
• Advised real estate company regarding representations and certifications under GSA and VA regulations related to real property lease.
• Reviewed government contracts terms related to stock purchase.
• Advised semiconductor manufacturer relating to export controls governing the export of space qualified microcircuits.  
• Represented small contractor in filing delay and disruption claim against the U.S. Navy on manufacturing contract.
• Counseled European company on issue related to filing a bid protest on a U.S. Army procurement for mobile water delivery system.
• Advised pharmaceutical company on classification and duty impact related to offshore production of active ingredients, and encapsulation of pharmaceuticals in various countries.
• Counseled purchaser in acquisition of ammunition manufacturing plant under BATF and state regulations.
• Represented consumer goods company on debt collection matter under Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) restrictions related to Specially Designated National.
• Advised clients on regulations relating to duty-free importation of items for production of goods under government contracts.
• Represented U.S. company in potential project for establishing communication links with Cuba, under OFAC regulations.
